I got my Encore 209x50cal. barrel in the mail last night. I got it someone sighted in yesterday but ran out of daylight. Going to the range thismorning to tweek it a bit and then off to the woods for an afternoon hunt with it.

I was going to wait untill next year to get the barrel but got a great deal on ebay. I got a brand new SS barrel with a forarm,scope mount and rings for 275.00. I counldn't pass that up. The barrel itself goes for 270.00 so i dove on it. Gotta love ebay.

Nice score! Most of my hunting equipment comes from eBay: my entire bow set-up last year, my tree stand, scope for my .30-06, spotting scope (very recently), assorted clothes and other gear. Ebay is great for hunting stuff.

Almost forgot to mention my most important piece of hunting gear, my Jeep. Got that on eBay too!
