Its finally here!! Southern Zone opens tomorrow~~~ I am blasten outta here at around 3:30 AM. Have a spot all picked out. Was there thursday and some good sign and nice rubs by my stand!!! GOOD LUCK to all!!!!!

Well Just got home a lil while ago. Came home after the morning hunt because it was raining like hell. Opening morning the wind was not good. I was in my stand well be for light. Was a 40 min hike up the MT to get to it. At about 8:30 a deer snuck in behind me. I never knew it was there cause i was looking down the MT. I dont know who jumped higher. The deer or me. It must have seen me moved and it startled and it sound as it was in the tree with me. I spun around and saw its ass withing 15 yards of me . But now was doing MACH 2 away from me. Never saw the head.... All I could do was laugh....The rest of the time didnt see anything. :(
