Heading to NY on Friday to spend the day in the great outdoors!!! I am going to check some of my stands. Pull a few for some repairs and of course do some scouting for new areas. I am also hoping to find a shed in my travels.... I am getting sooooo Pumped.!!! Went to cableas the other day and dropped $565.00!!! I have been shooten the bow and droppen them in better than ever!!! I cant wait to see or hear that first deer coming!!

Had a great time the other day in NY!!! I spent the entire day out in the woods. I put up a new stand and took down some others. I cant belive the amount of acorns and apples in the woods this year!!! Holy crap!!! The apple trees that I have never seen produce apples are loaded with um and they are all over the ground!! We should have some heavy wieghts thiss year!!

But I was thinking is this a sign of the winter to come? Lots of feed and the deer are already in thier winter coats!! Saw 4 deer when i was leaving and they are dark brown already!!

They are either gunna be browsen everywhere or you are gunna have to get almost in their beds because they wont be moven far!! Hmmm./.. What to do!!

Nice, I went upstate last weekend and I cant believe the amount of acorns down this year, what a contrast to last year.
