Just spoke to buddy who owns land in Bethel, NY. He said he's been seeing a lot of 8 and 10 pointers running around this year. It's been a long time since he's seen this number of quality bucks. Looks like it should be a good year around that area. Looking forward to doing some bowhunting there this season.
He also saw a big bear.

I almost crashed into a 6 pointer this afternoon while driving through Mid-Island. He just came out of the woods and then ran back in. He was lucky......lol.
